The team that brought you Sakaya Kitchen and Dim Ssäm A Go-Go has added Pastry Chef Vanessa Paz to the roster! The Baketress will feature soft serve ice cream, fresh baked pies, made to order “hot now” doughnuts, handmade ice cream sandwiches, shakes and re-created ice cream truck novelties.
